This Privacy Policy explains how Philter Photo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit philterphoto.com (the "Site") or work with us as a client.

-  Name, email address, phone number, and event/session details submitted through our contact or inquiry forms
-  Information you provide when booking a session, signing a contract, or completing a questionnaire
-  Payment information when you pay an invoice or deposit (processed by our payment processor — see Section 4)

-  IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies
-  Analytics data (e.g., via Google Analytics) about how visitors use the Site Data collected by advertising/retargeting pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel), if used

3. Use of Client Photographs

In addition to the data privacy practices above, please note the following regarding images captured during sessions:

Philter Photo will ask each client for permission before using photographs from their session for portfolio display, marketing materials, social media, website galleries, or promotional purposes. This permission is documented in the client's service contract.

Clients may grant or decline permission in whole or in part—for example, allowing images to be displayed in a portfolio but not shared on social media. Any preferences will be documented and honored as agreed in writing.

Image usage rights and licensing terms for client use of final images are addressed separately in each client's service contract, not in this Privacy Policy.

4. Third Parties We Work With

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including:

-  Website platform: ShowIt (site hosting)
-  Booking/CRM software: HoneyBook
-  Payment processor: HoneyBook
-  Analytics: Google Analytics 

We share information only as necessary for these providers to perform services on our behalf. Each provider processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal information.
