Most couples book anywhere from 8–18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. Popular dates tend to disappear quickly, so if you already know we're your people, don’t wait too long to reach out.
That said, if your wedding is coming up sooner, absolutely ask. Sometimes the calendar gods smile upon us.
Once we confirm availability, we’ll send over a proposal with package details, a contract, and an invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

Absolutely. We’re always happy to photograph weddings near home or wherever your story takes us. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but we’ll always be transparent about costs upfront—no surprise math over here.
Possibly! After 10+ years and a lot of wedding cake, we’ve been to quite a few venues. But honestly? Even if we haven’t photographed at your venue before, believe it or not that’s even better. Nothing gets the creative juices going more than the excitement of seeing a place for the first time. We arrive early, scout the space, find the best light, and adapt quickly.

A smooth timeline makes a huge difference in how relaxed your day feels and how much flexibility you have for photos. We help with everything from lighting considerations to family photo timing to making sure you actually get to attend your own cocktail hour if that’s your priority.
Every image delivered in your final gallery is individually edited for color, exposure, and overall consistency with our style.
We also do light retouching where appropriate, while still keeping people looking like themselves. You’ll look rested, radiant, and human—not airbrushed into another species.
No. RAW files are unfinished working files and aren’t representative of the final experience or artistic process. The edited images you receive are carefully curated and fully finished.

You’ll receive a preview gallery one week after the wedding because we know waiting is hard. Full galleries are typically delivered within several weeks depending on the season and wedding volume.
We’d rather deliver something beautiful than rush through your memories half-caffeinated at 2 a.m.
Your images are delivered through a beautiful online gallery where you can download, share, favorite, and order prints directly.

Absolutely. Your gallery includes high-resolution images and printing rights for personal use. We also offer professional-quality print and album options directly through the gallery for couples who want artwork designed to last.
